How much do you charge for shipping? And do you ship overseas?
Orders shipped to destinations in the United Kingdom and Channel Islands via Royal Mail First class is charged at £4.10 for up to 1kg in weight and £5.50 for 1kg+. (Please note as items are shipped from the Isle of Man the delivery time for Royal Mail First Class may take longer than normal.)
Tracked delivery within the UK is also available at £8.00 for up to 5 kgs.
For deliveries within the European countries (including Ireland) the charges are £12.32 up to 1kg, £14.65 for 1-3kgs and all other countries £21.00.
When should I expect to receive my order?
Our team will begin processing your order as soon as possible, and we ship products within the same day or at the latest the next working day of receipt.
Normal tracked postal deliveries to UK destinations are received within 48hrs following shipment. Weekends and Public holidays may add to this time.
European and International Orders should arrive within 4-10 working days of making your order. If you have any queries about shipment, please contact us.
Can I return something I buy online? If yes, what procedures do I follow?
We guarantee to replace or refund any item which does not meet with your complete satisfaction. All we ask is that the item be returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase and with proof of purchase.
If for any reason you wish to return your order to us, simply complete the return/exchange form which you can download here.
We offer 6 months manufacturers' warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship, and doesn't apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear or if you've just changed your mind.
Please note that items purchased on sale can not be returned, or items not purchased directly from www.caboodlebags.co.uk (purchases made at one of our retailers) must be returned to them directly.
Please note that the company does not pay return postage. Returned parcels remain the customer's responsibility until safely received by us.
Please allow up to 14 working days for your returned item to be processed and refunds up to 30 working days.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept most major credit and debit cards, including: VISA, VISA DEBIT, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO and AMEX through Stripe.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
We use payment gateways which employ industrial strength encryption to protect your credit card details as you supply them. We do not store your credit card details on our web server or in any database.
What will you do with my personal information, such as my name and addresses?
When you shop with us, we request that you optionally register and create an account. This includes some personal details, including your name and contact details. We do not currently and never will share your details with anyone else. We simply use the information to process your order. We employ industrial strength encryption and other methods to ensure your data is kept safe, this includes any credit card details you provide via the secure web pages on our site.
What do I do if I have forgotten my account password?
You do not need to create an account to order with us, but if you have previously registered with us, simply enter your email address and click the lost-password button on the login screen. We will send you an email with a link enabling you to login and change your password.
What taxes, if any, do I have to pay?
All orders include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate. If you are ordering one of our products from outside the EC, we may be able to remove the VAT element. If we are not required to charge you VAT, we will not, and we will manually adjust your order once it is confirmed and e-mail you the details.
