We take special care of any and all personal information you provide us via our web site. We employ industrial strength encryption and other methods to ensure your data is kept safe, this includes any credit card details you provide via the secure web pages on our site. We encourage you to contact us with any queries you may have, but, we urge you to never provide us with credit card details via an email message. Email is not secure, and it is not in your interests to ever send credit card details in an email message – to us or anyone else.

What taxes, if any, do I have to pay?
All orders include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate. If you are ordering one of our products from outside the EC, we may be able to remove the VAT element. If we are not required to charge you VAT, we will not, and we will manually adjust your order once it is confirmed and e-mail you the details.
What do I do if I have forgotten my account password?
You do not need to create an account to order with us, but if you have previously registered with us, simply enter your email address and click the lost-password button on the login screen. We will send you an email with a link enabling you to login and change your password.
Can I return something I buy online? If yes, what procedures do I follow?
We guarantee to replace or refund any item which does not meet with your complete satisfaction. All we ask is that the item be returned to us within 35 days from the date of purchase and with proof of purchase.
We offer 6 months manufacturers' warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship, and doesn't apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear or if you've just changed your mind.
Please note that items purchased on sale can not be returned, or items not purchased directly from www.caboodlebags.co.uk (purchases made at one of our retailers) must be returned to them directly.
If for any reason you wish to return your order to us, simply contact us and we will send you detailed information to facilitate an easy return, refund or exchange.
Please note that the company does not pay return postage. Returned parcels remain the customer's responsibility until safely received by us.
When should I expect to receive my order?
Our team will begin processing your order as soon as possible, and generally we ship products within 7 working days of receipt. Normal postal deliveries to UK destinations are received within 2 or 3 days following shipment. Weekends and Public holidays obviously add to this time. European and International Orders can take longer. If you have any queries about shipment, please contact us.
How much do you charge for shipping? And do you ship overseas?
All delivery within the United Kingdom is FREE of charge, six pounds (£6 GBP) for orders shipped to destinations in Europe, and twelve pounds (£12 GBP) for all other international destinations.
What will you do with my personal information, such as my name and addresses?
When you shop with us, we request that you optionally register and create an account. This includes some personal details, including your name and contact details. We treat this information with a great deal of care and respect. We do not currently and never will share your details with anyone else. We simply use the information to process your order.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept VISA, VISA DEBIT, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO through SagePay. You can also pay via most major credit and debit cards through PayPal.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
We use payment gateways which employ industrial strength encryption to protect your credit card details as you supply them. We do not store your credit card details on our web server or in any database.
